Using short upward strokes, brush the wand through eyebrows in the direction of hair growth.
 
Kirsten's Tip: To fill any brow spots, I like to also use Eye Shadow and the Angle Eye Brush. If you use Blonde or Warm Blonde, use Generosity Eye Shadow. If you use Medium Brown or Deep Brown, use Wisdom Eye Shadow.
