Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter) Nut Oil, Oenothera Biennis (Evening Primrose) Oil, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Cera Alba (Natural Beeswax), Maranta Arundinacea (Arrowroot) Root Powder, Pelargonium Graveolens (Geranium) Oil, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Peel Oil, Citrus Aurantium (Neroli) Flower Oil, Boswellia Serrata (Frankincense) Gum Resin Oil, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Oil, Linalool, Limonene, Citronellol, Geraniol, Citral, Farnesol 

Use pointed end of cap to puncture tube opening. Expect hand cream to be stiff upon initial use due to its nutrient dense quality. A little goes a long way, simply smooth a small amount of cream all over hands (or elbows, knees, heels or anywhere else needing attention) and allow time for it to absorb into skin.
