1. Treat - Feed Your Youth
Pre-shampoo, apply three full droppers to hair and scalp, work through, and leave in for 10 minutes before shampooing. Or, for deeper hydration, leave in 10 minutes or more with heat applied (wrap a hot towel around hair, sit in a sauna, steam room, hot tub, hot bath with towel wrap, or exercise). Then shampoo and condition.
2. Clean - Feed Your Volume / Shampoo
Apply to wet hair, work into a luscious lather. Massage scalp with fingertips. Rinse well.
3. Condition - Feed your Volume / conditioner
Apply a small amount to the roots and ends. Massage, leave on one to two minutes. For deeper conditioning, apply heat for 10 minutes (wrap a hot towel around head, and/or spend 10 minutes in a sauna, steam room, or hot bath). Rinse.
4. Style it up - Feed Your Roots
Apply a golf ball size amount of mousse to the palm of the hand or on a comb and massage into the roots and throughout the wet hair for increased volume. Then blow dry.
5.Protect - Feed Your Ends / Leave-in conditioner
To protect from hot styling tools, add shine and nourishment, spray on wet ends or entire hair length evenly throughout. Then blow-dry and style.
6. Texturize - Feed Your Do / styling whip
apply to dry hair (or after heat styling) one section at a time until you achieve the desired effect. For hold and volume, apply to roots and/or crown. For sleekness, slick back loose hairs and fly-aways. To keep your hair away from face, apply at the hairline.
7. Shine it - Feed your Shine
Apply 1 - 2 drops to palm of hand, rub palms together and then crunch hair sections. Great for natural air-dry texture when extra moisture and shine is needed.
8. Keep it - Feed Your Hold / Hair spray
After blow-drying, spray high above the head at full arm’s length to seal the finest mist into the hair.
