Each capsule contains: Magnesium Bisglycinate, Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) extract, Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) extract, Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) extract, Anti-caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide), Calcium Pantothenate, Nicotinamide, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Cyanocobalamin.

No added gluten, egg, dairy, lactose, soy, and nuts. No artificial flavours, colours, or sweeteners. No GMO.

Recommended adult dosage: Take two capsules daily with water and food. We recommend taking the capsules with breakfast or lunch however, they can be taken at any time of the day that suits your routine.

Do not exceed recommended daily intake.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: The Calm Elixir is not recommended for use while pregnant or breastfeeding, due to inclusion of botanical extracts.

Store below 25ºC in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Do not use if carton or lid seal is missing or broken.
