Each capsule contains: Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) Plant Extract 20:1, Capsule (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Colour (Chlorophyllin-Copper Complex)), Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea) Root Extract 11:1, Tyrosine, Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide), Acetyl L-Carnitine Hydrochloride, Korean Ginseng (Panax Ginseng) Root Extract 10:1, Pantothenic Acid (Calcium Pantothenate), Zinc Bisglycinate, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin).

Recommended adult dosage: Take two capsules daily with water and food. We recommend taking the capsules with breakfast or lunch.
