Cryo therapy de-puffs, reduces redness, and the appearance of being tired while Thermo (heat) therapy opens pores, stimulates circulation and is deeply soothing. The mask is lined with a special soft lining to ensure the cold or hot facials do not irritate the skin.

To activate cryotherapy place in the freezer for at least 2 hours prior to use. Do not use more than 20 minutes at a time.

To activate heat therapy, place in microwave for four 5 second intervals (start microwave, stop after 5 seconds and check temperature) for a maximum of 20 seconds. Check temperature by applying pressure to feel the heat of the beads. Ensure it is not too hot and test the mask on the leg or arm prior to applying on the face. Microwave strengths vary so take it slow and heat very little at a time being very cautious as the beads heat up very fast. Place the mask on the face with towel material touching the skin, the beads should be facing out. Discontinue use if any discomfort occurs immediately. The mask should feel comfortable and shooting at all times. If it feels too hot remove immediately, it should be a comfortable experience. If you are unsure about use contact customer service.
